Claire is a Registered Kinesiologist with a PhD in Sport and Exercise Science and over 15 years of experience helping people move better, feel stronger, and regain confidence in their bodies. Her passion is empowering individuals to live healthier, more active lives through evidence-based exercise, education, and compassionate support.
Claire believes every person is unique and that there is no one-size-fits-all approach to recovery. Whether you’re living with persistent back pain, recovering from an injury, or looking to improve strength and mobility, she takes the time to understand your goals, lifestyle, and challenges to create a plan that works for you. Throughout her career, she has worked with people of all ages and abilities, from individuals managing chronic health conditions to older adults improving balance and function, as well as recreational and high-performance athletes.

Her goal isn’t just to reduce pain; it’s to help you build confidence in movement, develop lasting habits, and return to the activities that matter most to you.
