What Makes the Healthy Back Program Different?
Tailored Comfort with Directional Preference
Our program includes exclusive videos that help you identify your personal Directional Preference and adjust your exercises accordingly. This personalized approach assists so that each movement you make is in harmony with your body, reducing discomfort and enhancing your progress.
Personalized Progression with the Level-System
After every session, you’ll rate the difficulty and report any pain experienced. Based on your feedback, we’ll recommend whether you should move up, stay at your current level, or adjust to a lower level, ensuring that your back recovery continues at the right pace for you.
Muscle Activation Troubleshooting
Our troubleshooting videos are designed to help you quickly identify and correct issues, whether it’s modifying your posture to reduce discomfort or ensuring that the correct muscles are being activated during your workout.
