Aniela Amio
Certified Master Pilates Teacher
Aniela has been studying and teaching movement for over 15 years. She is fully certified through Body Harmonics and further certified through Mindful Movement Centre. She is also a certified Hatha, Kundalini, Yin, Restorative, Kids, Pre and Post natal Yoga teacher and a certified Healthy Back Practitioner through Maureen Dwight of The Orthopaedic Therapy Clinic.
Pilates and yoga have helped Aniela to rehabilitate her back injury and pain, learn to work with her hypermobile body, manage her anxiety and has supported her through pregnancy and c-section recovery.
Drawing from her many trainings, years of teaching and personal experience Aniela is able to meet clients with deep compassion and knowledge. She is honoured to stand with each person where they are on their journey and support them on their path of recovery and towards their unique goals.
Aniela has worked with a broad range of clients and has a special focus on working with the senior population and back injuries as well as supporting women through the stages of pregnancy, recovery and motherhood.
Aniela is a mother, a lover of nature and animals as well as a life coach. She is currently working towards becoming a Somatic Experiencing Professional (SAP).
No matter where you are in your journey, Aniela is here to guide you at your own pace toward better functional strength, energy, pain management, stress relief, and overall health. Whether you are preparing for or healing from surgery, new to movement or a seasoned athlete, pre-or post-natal, or actively aging, I’d love to support you and be part of you’re your wellness team.
