Even if you decide not to subscribe to The Healthy Back Program, these free resources and previews will help you to understand your back's directional preference and provide tips to troubleshoot pain you may be currently experiencing with your back.

To watch the previews, you will have to create a login account (that's FREE, too). The form to do that will appear when you click any one of the Free Preview buttons below.

Find out which directional preference is right for your back?

Complete our questionairre to help find which directional preference is best for your back.

To help you to know which of the directional preference resources is best for your back you can use this link to complete our questionnaire. Knowing whether your back's preference is flexion, extension or neutral will help you to make the most of these video resources. If you are working with a spine therapist we recommend you ask them to confirm your directional preference.

If you are still unsure of your preference, after taking the questionairre, we recommend that you try the neutral preference as this is the most comfortable position for most people. If this still doesn't feel right, then try one of the other positions. Remember, the directional preference is where your back feels the most comfortable, so the most important thing is that this feels good to you.
