4-Point Kneeling Self-Test Technique
- Begin on your hands and knees in your directional preference 4 point kneeling position.
- Hands are directly under your shoulders and knees are directly under your hips.
- Press your palms into the floor.
- Keep your back in your directional preference starting position.
