Level 3 Basic Healthy Back Exercise Classes
CourseLevel 3 Basic series of virtual classes are ideal for you if you know you can complete light exercises without increasing your low back pain. If you are new to back exercises, or have a sensitive back, it is best to start at Level 1 or 2.
